0165(2)(c) Computer cords and phone cords on counter that are not inaccessible to children in the multi purpose room and in the maple classroom. 0165(2)(d) East building the kitchen is not locked and it had garbage bags under the sink that are not inaccessible to children. 0165(3)(d) The West building has a storage room that also has a washer and dryer that are not locked that must be made inaccessible to children.
